KARRIO / SOFTWARE POLICIES
Product Responsibilities
How industry responsibilities relate to Karrio software.
Read with your order
These product responsibilities apply where incorporated through your software agreement. The accepted product scope controls what is supplied. Confirm released features, deployment, integrations, support and data requirements before purchase. Screens on this website use fictional sample data.
Healthcare and pharmacy
The healthcare organisation and its authorised professionals remain responsible for patient care, prescribing, dispensing, licences, consent/authority, recordkeeping and clinical judgement. Workflow software does not itself diagnose, prescribe, dispense or guarantee regulatory compliance.
Medicine, batch, expiry, stock and pricing records must be reviewed against the organisation's source records and obligations. A stock suggestion or workflow status does not authorise an otherwise prohibited sale. Confirm the product's prescription, audit, retention and access features for your jurisdiction before relying on them. Hospital is a planned product area; its website page is not a released clinical system.
Hotel, restaurant and retail
The operator remains responsible for guest/customer transactions, applicable registrations, taxes, refunds to its own customers, staff conduct and the goods or services it supplies. Karrio's software subscription refund policy does not replace the operator's customer-facing policies.
Confirm hardware, printer, payment, stock and accounting integration support in the order. The availability of a demonstration does not mean a payment provider or external booking channel is already connected for your business.
Future product areas
Construction, School and Real Estate are presented as areas in development. Registering interest does not commit either party to a purchase, release date or delivery scope.
Any later software for these areas will require appropriate product scope, data schedules and industry responsibilities before sale.
Payments and delivery
A payment integration, if agreed, may require the business's own provider onboarding and merchant agreement. Fees, settlement, disputes and merchant obligations depend on that arrangement. This website does not promise free payment processing.
Delivery workflows can coordinate an operator's own resources or agreed third-party carriers. A software feature does not mean Karrio itself supplies delivery, transport or professional services. Confirm responsibilities in the applicable order.
