Request account deletion
To delete your Karrio account and personal data, email us from your registered email address or phone-linked account details. The Karrio team will connect with you for the next steps. Deletion is processed within 7 days after verification.
How to request deletion
- Write an email to developer@karrio.in.
- Include your registered phone number and the email used on Karrio (if any).
- Briefly mention that you want your account deleted.
- Our team will reply and guide you through verification and the deletion process.

Email Karrio teamTimeline: Account deletion is completed within 7 days after we verify your request.
What we keep: Booking, payment, and tax records may be retained in anonymized form for GST, disputes, and fraud prevention (see Privacy Policy on karrio.in).
App users: You can also request deletion from the Karrio app under Settings > Delete account.
