Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of services made available on or through https://karrio.in and/or the Karrio mobile application and the Karrio Partner application (collectively, the "Platform", and together with the services made available on or through the Platform, the "Services"). These Terms also include our Privacy Policy, our Cancellation Policy, our Refund Policy, our Partner Cancellation Policy (for Karrio Partner users), and any guidelines, additional, or supplemental terms, policies, and disclaimers made available or issued by us from time to time ("Additional Terms"). The Privacy Policy and Additional Terms form an integral part of these Terms.
These Terms form a legally binding agreement between Karrio Home Services LLP, a limited liability partnership with its registered office at 127, Madhuban Colony, Near BNP, Dewas - 455001, Madhya Pradesh, India ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), and you, a user of the Services, or any legal entity that books Karrio Services (defined below) on behalf of end-users ("you" or "Customer"). By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you have full legal capacity and authority to agree to and bind yourself to these Terms. Where you access or use the Services on behalf of another person or entity, you confirm that you are duly authorized to accept these Terms on their behalf.
Please read these Terms carefully. By accessing or using the Platform, you are agreeing to these Terms and concluding a legally binding contract with the Company. You may not use the Services if you do not accept the Terms or are unable to be bound by the Terms. Your use of the Platform is at your own risk.
You can accept the Terms by (a) clicking to accept or agree to the Terms where made available in the user interface; or (b) actually using the Services, in which case we will treat your use as acceptance from that point onwards.
1. Services and Karrio Services
1.1. The Services include the provision of the Platform that enables you to access and avail: (a) certain home-based and on-demand services, including cleaning, beauty and wellness, baby care, garden maintenance, personal driving, car wash, and similar categories; (b) transport services including ride and parcel delivery; and (c) from time to time, certain categories that may operate on a lead-generation or marketplace model where pricing and execution are performed directly between customers and third-party vendors (for example, furniture or electrician referrals). Such services are made accessible through independent third-party service providers onboarded on the Platform ("Professionals" or "Partners"). The Company is an aggregator and technology intermediary and facilitates discovery, booking, and payment facilitation using third-party payment processors and banks. The Company does not provide or control the performance of such services. Professionals are not employees, agents, contractors, or partners of the Company.
1.2. Ride: Karrio facilitates transportation matching. Drivers are independent service providers.
1.3. Parcel: Karrio acts as an intermediary platform. Karrio is not a common carrier. Liability for prohibited or restricted goods remains with the sender.
1.4. The Services may be offered through one-time bookings, scheduled bookings, multi-service carts, bundled offerings, or other formats as made available on the Platform from time to time.
1.5. Identity and document verification may be conducted before onboarding of Professionals. Additional checks may be performed based on category and city.
1.6. The Platform is for your personal and non-commercial use only, unless otherwise permitted by us in writing.
1.7. We may communicate with you via phone, SMS, email, WhatsApp, or in-app notifications for booking updates, transactional information, and service-related announcements, in accordance with applicable law and our Privacy Policy.
1.8. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any or all Services or features at any time, subject to applicable law.
1.9. Prices may be determined based on demand, location, service complexity, time of booking, and other marketplace conditions, and may be generated through automated systems. Prices displayed at booking are indicative of the amount payable unless otherwise stated.
2. Eligibility
You confirm that you are at least 18 years old, have legal capacity to accept these Terms, and will use the Services in compliance with applicable law in India.
3. Account Creation
You may be required to create an account and provide accurate information including name, email, phone number, and address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use at support@karrio.in.
4. Bookings
4.1. Bookings are subject to availability. We use reasonable efforts to match you with a Professional or driver for the requested time. Confirmation is provided via SMS, email, push notification, or in-app message.
4.2. Cancellation terms are set out in our Cancellation Policy. The fee and refund shown in the Karrio app when you confirm a cancellation are final for that booking.
4.3. You agree to provide timely access to the service location, including entry permissions, parking, lift access where applicable, and disclosure of conditions such as pets or safety hazards that may affect service delivery.
4.4. Time estimates displayed on the Platform are indicative only and do not guarantee completion timelines.
5. Payment Terms and Wallet Credits
5.1. You agree to pay the fees indicated at the time of booking, including applicable taxes and disclosed charges.
5.2. Payments may be made through credit cards, debit cards, net banking, UPI, wallets, or other means made available on the Platform, typically processed through Razorpay or other payment processors.
5.3. For tax invoices, contact support@karrio.in.
5.4. Wallet Credits: The Platform may maintain wallet credits for your account. Wallet credits are refund credits only. Wallet balance cannot be withdrawn, cannot be transferred to third parties, and may only be used for future bookings on the Platform. Wallet credits do not expire unless we notify you otherwise in accordance with applicable law.
5.5. You agree not to make payments to Professionals or drivers outside the Platform. We are not responsible for disputes arising from off-platform payments.
5.6. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
6. Customer Conduct
You agree to treat all Professionals with courtesy and respect, provide a safe and appropriate location for services, and not discriminate on prohibited grounds under applicable law. You are responsible for securing valuables and fragile items before service visits. You agree not to solicit Professionals to provide services outside the Platform. Report inappropriate conduct to support@karrio.in within a reasonable time.
7. Our Intellectual Property
All rights in the Platform and Services, excluding Professional-owned materials, belong to the Company or its licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the Services in accordance with these Terms.
8. Customer Reviews
Reviews you submit must be accurate and lawful. You grant us a license to use, display, and process reviews for operation of the Services, quality control, and compliance with law. We may remove reviews that violate these Terms or applicable law.
9. Consent to Use Data
You agree that we may collect and use personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.
10. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company and its affiliates from claims arising out of your use of the Services, violation of these Terms, or unauthorized use of your account, to the extent permitted by law.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the Services or Professional performance. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability in connection with a particular booking shall be limited to the lower of (a) the fees we received in respect of that booking, or (b) INR 6,000 in the aggregate per claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
12. Disclaimers
The Services are provided on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee the quality, safety, or outcome of services performed by Professionals or drivers. By booking through the Platform, you enter into a service relationship with the relevant Professional or driver for the underlying service, and the Company accepts no responsibility for their acts or omissions except as required by law.
13. Third Party Services
Third-party services linked from the Platform are governed by their own terms. We do not control or endorse third-party services.
14. Term and Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access for breach of these Terms or for legitimate business, legal, or regulatory reasons, subject to applicable law. You may stop using the Services at any time. Provisions intended to survive termination shall survive.
15. Jurisdiction, Governing Law, and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to this clause, courts in Indore, Madhya Pradesh shall have exclusive jurisdiction. Any dispute shall be resolved by arbitration seated in Indore, Madhya Pradesh in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The tribunal shall consist of one arbitrator appointed by the Company. The language of arbitration shall be English. Each party shall bear its own costs unless otherwise required by law.

17. Miscellaneous
We may amend these Terms from time to time. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance where permitted by law. Legal notices to the Company may be sent to support@karrio.in. These Terms, the Privacy Policy, Cancellation Policy, Refund Policy, and Additional Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding the Services.
