What services can I book on Karrio?

Home cleaning, beauty and wellness, baby care, personal drivers, car wash, rides, parcel delivery, and more. Open the app to see what is available near you.

Is Karrio available at my address?

Add your location in the app. If we serve your area, you can book right away. If not, we will tell you before you pay. We are growing to more areas over time.

What are Karrio's service hours?

Most services are available through the day and evening. When you book, the app shows the time slots open for your area.

Are Karrio professionals verified?

Yes. Every professional is checked and approved by Karrio before they can take jobs on the platform.

What if something goes wrong during or after a service?

Open your booking and use the help options, or go to Profile > Help and Support to call or email us. Share your booking details so we can assist you quickly.

Booking

How do I book a service?

Choose a service, add it to your cart, pick your address and time, review the price, and pay. You can follow your booking anytime under the Bookings tab.

What is the difference between Instant and Scheduled booking?

Instant books the earliest available time. Scheduled lets you pick a date and time that suits you.

How do I track my booking?

Go to Bookings and open your active job. You will see live updates and know when your professional is on the way.

Can I cancel or reschedule my booking?

You can cancel when the app allows it. Any fee or refund is shown clearly before you confirm. Reschedule may be offered on some bookings.

How do I confirm a completed service?

When the job is finished, follow the simple steps shown in your booking to confirm. You can then rate the service and leave a tip if you wish.

Payment

How is the service price calculated?

The price you see before payment is what you pay. It includes the service, any extras you added, and taxes. There are no surprise charges at the door.

How do I pay for a booking?

Pay safely in the app using UPI, debit or credit card, or other options shown at checkout.

Can I use Karrio Wallet or coupons?

Yes, when you have wallet balance or a valid coupon. Check Profile > All Offers for deals and apply them before you pay.

Refund

What are cancellation charges?

It depends on how close you are to the service time and whether a professional is already on the way. The app always shows any charge or refund before you cancel.

When will I receive a refund?

Approved refunds return to your original payment method or Karrio Wallet. Bank and UPI refunds may take a few working days. Wallet credits are usually quicker.

How do I create a Karrio account?

Enter your mobile number, verify with the code we send you, and you are ready to book. No password needed.

How do I update my profile or saved addresses?

Go to Profile to update your name and details. Save your home or work address under Saved addresses for faster booking next time.

How do I work with Karrio as a service partner?

Download the Karrio partner app, sign up with your mobile number, and complete your profile. Our team will contact you about the next steps.
