Request account deletion

To delete your Karrio account and personal data, email us from your registered email address or phone-linked account details. The Karrio team will connect with you for the next steps. Deletion is processed within 7 days after verification.

How to request deletion

  1. Write an email to developer@karrio.in.
  2. Include your registered phone number and the email used on Karrio (if any).
  3. Briefly mention that you want your account deleted.
  4. Our team will reply and guide you through verification and the deletion process.

Timeline: Account deletion is completed within 7 days after we verify your request.

What we keep: Booking, payment, and tax records may be retained in anonymized form for GST, disputes, and fraud prevention (see Privacy Policy on karrio.in).

App users: You can also request deletion from the Karrio app under Settings > Delete account.
